Can you hold a place before I apply?

We cannot guarantee any unit availability. It is based on the need and availability for every property. If you would like to inquire about holding a certain property please fill out the contact us form or give us a call.

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

Security Deposits are based on our credit and application guidelines.

How old do you have to be to apply?

18 years old .

Is the security deposit refundable?

The lease agreement will explain all of the requirements to receive full refund of all safety deposits paid at lease signing.

Who needs a cosigner?

Tenants that do not meet our basic credit and application guidelines may be required to have a cosigner for added security.

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

You will be able to go online and fill out an application. You can also email the leasing agent and they will email you a hardcopy application to fill out and send back. This can also be done in our office.

How do I pay rent?

Rent payments can be done online through your tenant portal, you may call in to make payments. You may also go to our many cash payment locations to make rent payments.

I want to get a pet. What do I do?

Different properties have different requirements for pets or No pet policies. If you are looking to get a pet please contact our office to find out the requirements and if your property qualifies.

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

If you run into a situation that one or both parties want to move out of a property before the lease term has been finished, both parties will still be liable for the remaining lease term and rents due. In this situation we may have alternative options available. Contact us to learn more about your options.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

We need at least a 30 day notice for move out request in writing from the tenant.

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

Damage, Repairs, and maintenance caused by the tenant due to negligence will be billed back to the tenant. Issues due to normal wear and tear on the property will be the responsibility of the unit owner and the management company.
